Burlesque fans rejoice! Christina Aguilera is dipping back into acting. As previously reported, The Voice coach, 34, has signed on for a multi-episode arc on ABC’s Nashville, and on Tuesday, March 17, she tweeted a pic from the set.
“Jade’s been busy studying her lines. Can’t wait for #Nashville!” she captioned the shot of herself wearing a flannel shirt (omg!) and why appears to be a brunette wig.

This isn’t the first time she’s shown off her new hair color. On March 9, the "Say Something" singer posted a shot of what we can now tell was her back writing, “Look at all that hair! Having lots of fun on the set of #Nashville. More to come!”

Aguilera, who last was seen acting alongside Cher in 2010’s Burlesque, will play a pop star Jade St. John whose dream it is to record a country album.
This foray into country music comes after Aguilera recorded the country duet “Just a Fool” with her fellow Voice coach Blake Shelton on her 2012 album Lotus.
